PROFILE

I diagnose what an organization needs, design the strategy for it, then build that into durable operating capability: clear structures, aligned leaders and teams, practical systems, and ownership that lasts.

Organizational strategist and transformation leader with over twenty years in management and leadership, including more than ten building and redesigning functions, operating models, workforce and capability systems, and enterprise change programs across global technology consulting and higher education. Twice I have consolidated four fragmented groups into a single function that outlasted me, once with 32 staff and once with 25. I partner with leaders to translate ambiguous priorities into executable strategy, governance, delivery infrastructure, workforce readiness, and sustainable internal ownership.

Selected work includes creating strategic initiatives and service infrastructure, leading global multi-workstream portfolios, developing leadership and career architecture, and designing human-led AI adoption approaches. I combine rigorous diagnosis, pragmatic systems design, executive advisory, and capability transfer to produce results that endure after implementation.

SELECTED IMPACT

  • Function Transformation: Consolidated four consulting disciplines into an integrated function with career architecture, skills assessments, utilization visibility, and calibrated promotion standards.

  • Strategy Execution: Built service catalog, delivery standards, and engagement infrastructure; developed successor ownership that sustained milestones after launch. A year on it is still delivering against its milestones and evolving to meet the needs of changing market and organizational dynamics.

  • Enterprise Change: Led an engagement and culture initiative designed to improve the employee experience for over 900 people following layoffs and significant organizational changes.

  • Capability Transfer: Recovered at-risk revenue by building and transitioning an internal change-management function for a global client.

  • Platform Innovation: Built an experiential learning platform for 8,000+ learners, increasing engagement by 75% in year one. Recognized with two national awards at the software implementer’s annual conference. Six years later, the center and the platform are still running and delivering real outcomes for students.
